Tom’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at premier institutions such as the University of Notre Dame, University of Maryland Baltimore, and Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He has led campaigns totaling over $1.5 billion, including the $750 million Catalyst Campaign and the $650 million Heroes for Life Campaign. His work is recognized nationally for excellence in strategy, major gifts, constituent relations, and campaign execution.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tom has dedicated extensive service to charitable organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House (Buffalo, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.), the Children’s Miracle Network, and the Woodmark Group. He is also a proud co-founder of the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Tom holds a master’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. He and his wife Kimberlee live in Baltimore, Maryland and are the proud parents of five children.
