Tim is a proven and respected Catholic education and executive leader who brings decades of experience guiding school systems through strategic renewal, leadership transitions, and culture formation. His career spans roles as President, Head of School, and Superintendent across diverse Catholic communities, where he is known for uniting strategy with spirit, and operational execution with pastoral presence.
Tim currently serves as President of both Saint Dominic Savio Catholic High School and Holy Family Catholic School in Austin, Texas, where he oversees mission alignment, institutional growth, and long-term planning. He previously led St. Anthony School in Maui and served as Superintendent for Bishop Hoffman Catholic School in Ohio—roles in which he successfully navigated school consolidation, community engagement, and renewed identity rooted in Catholic values.
A visible and relational leader, Tim is grounded in a servant-leadership approach guided by his hallmark philosophy: “Listen. Learn. Lead.” He fosters cultures of collaboration, trust, and faith, supporting teams and boards as they align around shared purpose and clear direction.
Tim holds a master’s degree in school administration from Azusa Pacific University and a bachelor’s degree in education and special education from Bowling Green State University. His leadership is animated by a deep desire to form young people in mind, body, heart, and soul—helping Catholic institutions cultivate integrity, excellence, and lifelong discipleship.
