Sandra R. Young
Partner & Strategic Advisor
Sandra is an accomplished educational leader and advancement professional with over three decades of experience in strengthening mission-driven institutions through strategic leadership, fundraising, enrollment management, and academic innovation. She currently serves as a Major Gift Officer at Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts, where she partners with alumni and friends to secure philanthropic support and deepen engagement.

Previously, Sandra served as President of Lexington Catholic High School and John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School, as well as Head of School at Valley Forge Military Academy, where she successfully led accreditation processes, expanded academic programs, and secured significant donor support. She has also consulted for institutions such as Stuart Country Day School and St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School, providing expertise in governance, enrollment strategy, and advancement best practices.
Sandra holds a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Secondary Education from Holy Family College. Actively engaged in community and nonprofit leadership, she continues to bring her commitment to education, advancement, and mission-centered growth to every role she undertakes.
