Rob DeMasi
Partner & Strategic Advisor
Rob is a mission-driven Catholic school president and nonprofit leader with a proven record of growing enrollment, strengthening advancement, and building vibrant, faith-centered communities. He currently serves as President of Holy Cross Preparatory Academy, where, in his inaugural year, he launched the school’s first comprehensive strategic plan to align mission, academics, advancement, and operations.
Previously, as Vice President of Enrollment Management at Saint Mark’s High School in Wilmington, Delaware, Rob led a 65% enrollment increase—positioning Saint Mark’s as the fastest-growing Catholic high school in the state. He helped design strategic scholarship programs, refine tuition models, and drive marketing campaigns, and he served on the committee that created a $22 million campus master plan.
Rob began his career as a teacher, coach, and behavior specialist, later founding and leading a nonprofit that supports families affected by neuromuscular disease. He holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and is pursuing a Doctorate in Social Science with a focus in Prevention Science.
With expertise spanning Catholic identity, strategic planning, enrollment growth, advancement, marketing, and nonprofit governance, Rob brings vision, business acumen, and pastoral leadership—ensuring Catholic education flourishes for generations to come.
