Rob DeMasi is a mission-driven Catholic education and nonprofit leader with a proven record of growing enrollment, strengthening institutional advancement, and building vibrant, faith-centered school communities. With executive leadership experience spanning Catholic school administration, strategic planning, enrollment management, and organizational development, Rob brings a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Catholic education today.
Throughout his career, Rob has served in senior leadership roles, including Catholic school president and vice president of enrollment management. As Vice President of Enrollment Management at Saint Mark’s High School in Wilmington, Delaware, he led a remarkable 65% enrollment increase, positioning Saint Mark’s as the fastest-growing Catholic high school in the state. His leadership included developing strategic scholarship programs, refining tuition models, advancing integrated marketing initiatives, and contributing to the development of a $22 million campus master plan.
Rob began his career as a teacher, coach, and behavior specialist before founding and leading a nonprofit organization supporting families affected by neuromuscular disease. He holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and is pursuing a Doctorate in Social Science with a focus in Prevention Science.
With expertise spanning Catholic identity, strategic planning, enrollment growth, advancement, marketing, and nonprofit governance, Rob combines strategic vision, business acumen, and pastoral leadership to help Catholic schools and mission-driven organizations strengthen their foundations, navigate change, and flourish for generations to come.
