Rebecca brings bold energy, insight, and mission-rooted leadership to her role as a partner and strategic advisor at ACELA. Known for her ability to inspire teams, unite communities, and deliver measurable impact, she partners with schools, boards, and diocesan leaders to help them move with clarity and confidence through complex challenges and opportunities.
In her current role as Head of School at Greenwich Catholic School, Rebecca has led transformative initiatives that include securing over $1.1 million in new funding, launching a $500K scholarship endowment, opening a state-of-the-art Carlo Acutis Innovation Lab, and strengthening Catholic identity through vibrant community engagement. Her work reflects a rare balance of strategic foresight and on-the-ground leadership—deeply rooted in faith, driven by results, and shaped by authentic relationships.
With a background that spans executive leadership, instructional excellence, faculty mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration, Rebecca offers a perspective that is both visionary and practical. She is especially passionate about building healthy school cultures where mission thrives, leadership is shared, and every student is known and valued. Rebecca holds an M.S. in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in English Education from Indiana University.
