Paul Garro

Partner & Strategic Advisor

Paul Garro is a mission-driven Catholic education and nonprofit leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to faith-based leadership, organizational transformation, and institutional vitality. With experience serving Catholic schools as a teacher, principal, and president, Paul brings firsthand understanding of educational leadership, institutional governance, and the opportunities and challenges facing Catholic school communities.

Grounded in a lifetime of Catholic education and six years of religious formation with the Society of Mary (Marianists), Paul's leadership integrates Catholic identity, strategic vision, servant leadership, and faithful stewardship. His experience spans Catholic education, pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development, including governance and leadership formation initiatives with the Marianists and Discalced Carmelites.

Paul played a pivotal role in revitalizing Little Flower Catholic School in San Antonio, collaborating with school and archdiocesan leadership to strengthen governance, expand enrollment, engage alumni, secure resources, and reinforce Catholic identity. These collective efforts helped more than double enrollment within three years and establish a stronger foundation for long-term sustainability.
