John is a mission-driven Catholic education leader with more than two decades of administrative experience, including fifteen years as a principal. He is known for aligning mission, operations, and strategy to strengthen advancement, grow enrollment, and build sustainable, faith-filled communities.
Across multiple states, John has partnered with pastors, bishops, superintendents, and diocesan leaders to design solutions that deliver measurable results. He launched and led two Advancement Offices, secured millions in new philanthropic support, and helped spearhead capital initiatives—including a $6 million renovation project.
Schools under his leadership experienced transformative growth, averaging a twenty-four percent increase in enrollment while cultivating cultures rooted in Gospel values and shared purpose. As a Strategic Advisor with ACELA Solutions, John applies this depth of experience to help institutions sharpen enrollment strategy, fortify advancement, and develop high-performing, mission-aligned leadership teams.
