Jared is a seasoned Catholic executive and mission-driven leader with more than two decades of experience guiding complex organizations across Catholic healthcare, social ministries, and higher education. His expertise spans executive leadership, strategic planning, organizational transformation, governance, and mission integration, helping institutions strengthen their identity while advancing operational excellence, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability.

Most recently, Jared served as President and CEO of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, overseeing a $115 million organization serving 11 counties through 10 ministry organizations and more than 70 service lines. During his tenure, he expanded community reach, strengthened financial performance, unified governance structures, and advanced an integrated approach to service delivery. His leadership helped increase the number of individuals served by 27 percent while deepening collaboration across ministries and community partners.

Previously, Jared spent nearly 14 years with Mercy, one of the nation's largest Catholic health systems, including service as System Vice President of Mission and Church Relations. Working across seven states and nine dioceses, he partnered with senior executives, boards, and Church leadership to align organizational strategy, ethical governance, institutional identity, and responsible stewardship. His experience also includes leadership formation, sponsorship relationships, and organizational integration.

Jared holds a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spirituality, a Master of Divinity, and an executive certificate in nonprofit management. A nationally recognized Catholic nonprofit leader, he has served in leadership roles with Catholic Charities USA and the Missouri Catholic Conference. Based in St. Louis, he brings to ACELA a distinctive combination of executive experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to strengthening Catholic institutions and the communities they serve.
