Eileen M. D’Andrea

Eileen brings more than two decades of experience leading advancement, enrollment management, and strategic communications for Catholic schools and nonprofit organizations. As Senior Director of Admissions & Advancement at All Saints Catholic School in Norwalk, Connecticut, she has guided the school’s comprehensive advancement and enrollment initiatives, consistently achieving annual growth and record-breaking fundraising results. She is recognized for building authentic community connections with families, alumni, and donors, while empowering parent leadership to create mission-driven events and campaigns that strengthen both resources and relationships.
Eileen has designed and led innovative strategies in donor stewardship, admissions marketing, and digital campaigns, including a Giving Tuesday initiative that generated a 216% increase in giving. Her leadership extends beyond her school, as she mentors advancement professionals and shares best practices across her diocese. Previously, she served as Director of Communications for the School Sisters of Notre Dame, managing local and national communications that advanced mission awareness and donor engagement.
