Throughout his career, Deacon Michael has been drawn to challenging leadership opportunities—stepping into complex school environments that required swift, thoughtful solutions to change the trajectory of their communities. He has held leadership roles in multiple dioceses, including principalships in Wisconsin and Florida, consistently guiding schools through renewal, growth, and long-term planning. His work spans every aspect of school leadership—from curriculum and teacher evaluation to development, marketing, and enrollment management. He has launched successful initiatives such as 1:1 technology integration, Barton Reading programs, and major fundraising efforts, while also overseeing accreditation processes and facility feasibility studies. Ordained to the permanent diaconate in 2018, Deacon Michael integrates his ecclesial vocation into his professional mission, viewing Catholic education as both ministry and evangelization. His leadership is grounded in fidelity to the Church, a passion for forming students in truth and virtue, and a commitment to ensuring Catholic education is accessible to all. A Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus, he brings integrity, faith, and vision to every community he serves.
