Andrew W. Keough, Ed.D.

Partner & Strategic Advisor


Andrew is a veteran educator with a lifetime of service as a teacher and senior leader across Catholic and public schools in Vermont and Massachusetts. He has served as Assistant Principal, Principal, Superintendent, and President, steering schools through complex change—facility projects and building swaps, schedule and start-time redesigns, major program innovations, special education audits, and the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19 and rising student mental-health needs.

Recognized for cultivating safe, supportive, and high-performing school cultures, Andrew has led communities that earned distinction among top-performing systems by multiple ranking organizations. He is an experienced evaluator and human-resources leader, adept in media relations, board governance, and responsible budgeting.

Andrew W. Keough, Ed.D.

Andrew holds a B.A. in History from Roger Williams University, dual M.Ed. degrees from Framingham State University (Secondary Special Education; Educational Leadership), and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Boston College. In 2021, Framingham State honored him with the Alumni Educator Achievement Award. He has served on Massachusetts school committees and governing boards and as a Commission Member for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

He lives in Massachusetts with his wife of 37 years, Christine, and is the proud father of three grown daughters and a delighted grandfather.
